We are proud to present the masterclass which took place in Germany last month. 👨‍🍳 This event was designed around the Label Rouge to introduce this label to German distributors. The Maigre in cervice and the Ikejime-style Turbot were a great success and offered new opportunities to our group. 🐟👍
