Gala of the Corsican Sommeliers

T he Ajaccio Convention Centre hosted the annual Corsican Sommeliers Gala, last 24th and 25th of November. This event aims to celebrate the wine of Corsica and French mainland. It is open to everyone, professionals and passionate neophytes.

A cquadea, Gloria Maris farm of Ajaccio, participated in this beautiful event by offering a Fish workshop led by a Chef.

T hereafter, the participants enjoyed an appetizer composed of smoked salmon sea Label Rouge raised on the Acquadea farm. This dish, prepared by Chef Antoine Cadinu and paired with the Amphore cuvée of Clos Canereccia, was a great success.
